#amroodmasala #amrudkisabzi #guavarecipe<br />Recipe to prepare tasty "Guava Masala":<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />200 gms guava, peeled, deseeded and finely chopped<br />1 tbsp refined oil<br />1/2 tsp mustard seeds<br />4-5 curry leaves<br />2 green chillies, chopped<br />1 bulblet onion, finely chopped<br />2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped<br />1 tomato, finely chopped<br />salt to taste<br />1/4 tsp turmeric powder<br />1/4 tsp red chilli powder<br />1/2 tsp garam masala<br />1/2 tsp coriander powder<br />1 pinch blackpepper powder<br />1/2 bowl water<br /><br />Method:<br />Heat oil in a pan.<br />Add mustard seeds, and let them crackle.<br />Add curry leaves, and saute.<br />Add green chillies, and mix.<br />Add onion; stir and toss, saute until pink.<br />Add garlic, and saute well.<br />Add tomato, and toss well.<br />Add salt, and mix well.<br />Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala.
